OYO 74547 Hotel Grand Shivaay

Worst Hotel in Katra. No lift, no room service. Lots of things are broken in bathroom and room. Walls are damaged and smelling. No cleaning. Staffs behaviour are very bad. If you ask for payment receipt they will say that they will give while checkout and you will be shocked because they will ask for extra money at checkout and will say that the extra charges for few things. Entry is very bad, basically there is no private entry to this hotel you have to use other'premises to enter into this hotel. If you ask them to fix things they won't and while checkout they will fight with you. Worst experience I ever had, blankets were not clean. They will give you used blankets and bedsheets. No windows or vantilation. Never recommended this hotel.

Unsafe hotel.first hotel staff steal my luggage and when i noticed then they start to fight with me. And suddenly they demand for penalty or more charges. In katra their are 1000 hotels but please avoid this hotel. Really disappointed with this hotel. They will totally spoil your journey.

Best hotel for accommodation whether you're a family or friends or couple. Safe and very close to Jewels and Shere Punjab, prime location. Staff is very polite, professional and helpful. Thanks for everything Mr Sunil Singh. #Excellent service

No service at all .. Room was nice .. Bathrooms were nice .. But service was worst .. Even they were not having one plate, spoon ,knife.. Dirty blanket .. No precaution related covid 19.. Staff was soooo rude ..

Very disappointed with overall experience, not at all recommended for family stay, staff was very rude, never been treated like this…there are good hotel nearby, consider this as Dharamshala and then stay……
