Room is good. View of mata mandir from back side Windows. Receptionist is cold and hotel is a bit costly for the kind of room. Food experience was worst at it's madhuban restaurant. My kid found a cockroach in the mixed Vegetable which left us with a very bad experience. The manager was apologetic but it showed kind of kitchen hygiene they are maintaing. Hope they learn from this review and improve from here.

The only good thing about this hotel is its location which right next to bus stand in Katra. You will get a rude or non interested reception staff. Room didn't have a good level of cleanliness with bedsheets and pillow cover. Toileteries was just a small soap with no other essentials. You don't get any other amenities in the room.

View from room was good whole Vaisho Devi mountain route was visible, location is very very good near to market and food outlets. Burger King, Sagar Ratna, Dasa Prakash, Manoranjan Dhaba etc are at walking distance. The only issue was early check-in, even though we confirmed over call before booking, at that time they said yes we will give early check-in but when we reached there they denied. But after requesting multiple times they allowed early check-in.
