The room looks great but facilities were worst. At the beginning everything appliances looks fine but soon they stop working. And u need to inform receptionist again again for the same problem.

Better to stay.. looks good but cleaning service is not available for room when you are staying. Room is good and also bathroom but bathroom accessories is not good. Overall manageable and perfect in low cost.

Worst stay as firstly no washroom is properly working, dirty, no service for any thing, not provided drinking water. Please skip this hotel if possible.

The rooms are way too expensive and not worth it at all. They switched off the geyser from their end. Also they switched off ac in the middle of night many times, after complaining they said you were using ac the entire night so we switched it off. Which was completely baseless. The hotel is simply pathetic. Worst experience ever.

Recently visited trimrooms at Katra and was quite satisfied with their services. Rooms were neat and clean and the behaviour of the staffs was satisfactory. Specially the manager Mr. Pratap yadav is very friendly and cooperative. Food taste was good

Pathetic.....no service, not at all customer centric.....rooms were not clean, calling for even water, tea or towels is also a herculean task.....no room service during two days stay.....manager is soft spoken and good at asking for an apology......but rest everything is bad.....not at all recommended.

Pathetic hotel to stay at. Poor service. Other hotels are offering better rooms at same rate. They gave 1 good room and other is total worst. The rooms had no window no source of ventilation
