Very bad place to stay with family . There agents at the bus stand promise you everything but once you reach there everything gets changed they will be very nice till you check in and after that they even don't recognise you . Feels like cheated at the price I pay and the services I get . They know very well how to take advantage of someone in need . DONT TRUST THEIR AGENTS WORDS AT THE BUS STAND . and avoid this hotel at any cost else you will regret for your choice . Dirty room ,dirty bed with bed bugs ,dirty toilets ,no wifi they don't let you use ,dirty blankets ,no fans, no charging sockets , non working tv only for show. Very bad experience.

Jai Maa Vaishno Devi!! I stayed in this hotel from 29 to 31 Mar'23. This hotel is good if you want to just stay at a cheap cost. Room conditions are below average. you won't find any service, even for water you need to tell them. The location is good..it's very near to the main market and bus stand. no parking space is available with the hotel . This hotel gives complementary pick up and drop facilities to Banganga, bus stops and railway station. The food taste is average. This hotel also gives the facility to rent a space for luggage. I can only recommend this hotel if you are traveling to Vaishno Mata and looking for a room without facilities.

Talking way of hotel staff is very cheap. Washroom is very dirty and drinking water not available it just given a 5 ltr jar only given simple ground water not filtered, not any glass or disposable guys .so you should have purchase a glass from shop and also bislery bottle not available. Room not clean daily and also not provide any towel or other thins it provides only room. In check out time asking for only Cash payment not accepted Card or UPI payment. Wi-Fi service not available but at the booking time staff says that Wi-Fi service available. In compare to dharamsala very bad service in this hotel. Overall my experience is very bad.

We were there for two days. First day everything look average which we expected. Second day the behaviour was very very rude and they were not welcoming at all. I would prefer not to stay there strongly if you are with your family and you can find much better place opposite to this hotel.

This is totally fake service about hotel . So worst service and fòod quality too bad I highly recommended no body waste your money here. Check other option , too much costly room according to other . service 👎 👎 👎

There were a lot of mosquitoes in the room, the geyser was not working, the service was very poor. Very foul smell was coming in the room. staff behavior was very rude.I never, May never recommend staying at this hotel

A very nice place to stay when you reach Vaishno Devi. Nearby to the holy place. You get different offers for stay starting from 600 and so on. You need to bargain as per your budget. If you want a tour in j&k they do offer you. It's near to the station and so on.... You too get a cab too here...
