The Grand Yasmin Ladakh

The property is beautiful. Starting from the lobby, the dining hall, rooms, and toilets are all very cozy, clean, and spacious. The staffs are providing excellent service. The food served is always hot and fresh. I specially thanks to Mr Amrik Singh and his teams who always look after us in every requirement. We stay for 7 days from 08 November to 14 November 2024. 99.9% best service.

I stayed there for 3 days in June 2024. Staff was good for most of the time. Food was okay. Open area in the rooms was awesome. Loved to sit there. Things you can improve are the lighting of rooms as they were very dimly lit, hygiene of bathrooms, and mattresses of beds were too soft and unconformable.

Our family stayed here for 3 nights in family suit mouni view. Room size is spacious for 4 persons.Room Heater in good working condition and hot water available for 24 hrs. Good hygiene in room and wash room. Food quality excellent, location near to market. Overall satisfactory experience at reasonable rate.

Staffs are good. I stayed 3 nights on this hotel booked from a travel agency.Foods are good but not much options. Staffs are helpful,when i had to admit to hospital then helped me. Rooms heaters were not working. No provision of Oxygen cylinder which should be available at every hotels of ladakh. As compared with same rated hotels nubra valley hotels are better than leh hotels.

The food served is always hot and fresh. In this context I want to mention the names of Amrik Singh and Ratan Singh, to give special thanks to those who always look after us in every requirement. I loved the ambiance during my three-day stay starting from July 21st.

I recently stayed at the Grand Yasmin Hotel in Leh-Ladakh, and overall, it was a very pleasant experience! The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-appointed, making it easy to relax and enjoy the mountain views. The service was excellent too – staff were always friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to requests. The in-house restaurant was a delightful surprise with a good variety of local and international options, and every dish we tried was delicious. However, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The bathrooms had a slight odor that could be improved, and the Wi-Fi connection was a bit weak at times, which made it difficult to stay connected. Despite these issues, I’d still highly recommend the Grand Yasmin for anyone visiting Leh. The positives far outweigh the negatives, and the hotel made our Ladakh experience truly memorable

Hotel is nice. Good location. Rooms were also good. The staff were courteous and very helpful. They tried to accomodate requests and were flexible according to guest needs.

A second home for me. I stayed here continuously for last 4 years during leh trip. Rattan ji quite humble, generous and helpful. One call and everything is managed for you. Rooms are cozi, spacious and clean. Food was awesome. Never felt you are away from home. I recommend everyone to take services atleast once.|Thanks again Rattan ji
