Kesar hotel

The location is far from market, we need to go around 4 km for lunch and dinner or we need to order food previous day. The service is totally bad, and the staff is so rude. Hot water is not coming in the rooms, they said that hot water will come, but it will come never. The staff did not help us while loading our luggage to our traveller. There is far good hotel more than this in pehelgam. Don't go there or you will suffer like us.

The overall experience was satisfactory. Accommodation was adequate, though service improvements are needed to enhance professionalism. Food quality was average. The location, while in a rural setting with limited amenities, offered pleasing views. The room heater malfunctioned, requiring attention.

Pathetic, toilet was stinking and it was open from top and connected with other room's toilet. Hot water was not available 24 hours. You have to go 2 kms for lunch and dinner as restaurant was not available at hotel or nearby hotels

I stayed in this hotel on 13th May. My stay was cut short from 2 days to 1 day because of the harrowing experience we faced here.Being a mother of 2 kids, we were given faulty electric heating blankets, no access to hot water in the extremely cold weather. The staff was rude and argued a lot when we asked them to change our bedsheets as they were dirty. Very poor service. Frequent power cuts. There was no power from 3am to almost 4 hours. The only positive thing is the amazing view of the snow capped mountain from the hotel.The hotel knew very well that we were 6 adults including 3 small children but they did nothing to help.

I don't know how it got 4.3 ratings.The staffs have very rude and bad behaviour.The hot water does not come every time.The hotel doesn't have proper light and services.

Please do not book this hotel. The staff is disgusiting and extremely rude to all the guests. The play antinational videos in the lobby making most of the guests uncomfortable and giving them a feeling of not being safe in the city. The staff starts arguing and passing comments in kashmiri among each other. Please book a better hotel.

i Had recently visited this Hotel Room where small yet clean and well managed hot water was available. Staff was very nice and responsive, parking is also available good speed Wi-Fi, the best thing is there fresh food preparation line home
