1.frequent electricity failure they don't on generator. 2. Linen not changed 3. only one towel provided for two persons 4. toilet pot seat broken 5. no attendant in night till 8.30 am 6. TV in room is only for show, not working. 7.electric blanket faulty 8. no electric hot drinking water kattle. 8.cooking and dinning area is badly maintained 9. worst hotel i have stayed for 2 nights

Deluxe Rooms,beautifully furnished and decorated with local arts and crafts, these rooms welcome you in with their charming warmth, natural light and gorgeous views…..|The staff was very wonderful and catered to my every need. Great View . The owner "Umar Bhai" and all the staffs were very cordial and always ready to help. Had a pleasant stay at Pahalgam Hotel Dalphin. Electric Blanket and Extra Blanket also provided as it was chilling cold weather. Hot water was provided in time. Room and Washroom were neat and clean.Thanku for everything 🙏😊

I had a great experience during my stay there. Great location, really pleasant & the rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs & the staff was amazing .All of the people are incredibly ... They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this dolphin hotel for anyone The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfil our needs. The hotel manager Mr Umar is polite person and helping us when needed

Dolphin is a very basic hotel with rooms that are only passable in terms of cleanliness and comfort. Hot water is available from 7 to 9 every morning. The reception on a lot of the TV channels is not good. We were able to watch the IPL and news channels however. The views from the room were very good. The other advantage is the proximity to the main bus/taxi stand and the 'pony stand.' Dolphin does not have its own restaurant but there are plenty within a 5 minute walk. ||||I stayed there for two days and did not really find anything to complain about. The hotel provided bed tea when needed while the meals were had at the nearby Delhi Darbar. Non-fussy travelers will not have too much of a problem. There are other options nearby if you are willing to spend a little more. The hotel remains closed in the winter.

I recently stayed at hotel dolphin pahalgam for one night with my family but unfortunately ,my experience was marred by subpar housekeeping .The rooms were not thoroughly Cleaned,and the bed sheets appeared to be unwashed and there were noticeable dirt and dust particles .I hope the hotel will address this issue.

The most dirtiest hotel in Kashmir that I saw Staff totally uncooperative on complaining they say go & speak to the agent don't tell us anything Rooms dirty , matterss filthy Bathroom soap dish broken , brush stand broken & kept on the sink The most dirtiest place is kitchen the utensils seems to never been washed kitchen was full with dirt even a person was smoking inside in telling him he said I can smoke here The location is very nice but if the owner takes some basic care in person it can be a very good place Reply to your response Your kashmiriyat is seen by your language in the response Very sorry to say you first don't know to whom are you replying I had checked in your hotel in may had stayed overnight with my family had to check out due to the behaviour of the staff & we had not lost any of our bags whereas the ponny wala muzaffar had a very good relation with me I had written in my review that if the onwer takes care the hotel is very nice but seeing to your reply I now understand why the staff is this way
