Stayed with my family there from 9th april to 11th april 2013. The hotel is good but some maintanance problem was there.Front rooms washroom has not any gycer. We used besides room gycer because that room was empty. Had some electricity problem. We had not been offered any complimentary bed tea.Inside the room a telephone was there but that was not working. The room was too small for extra bed if required. I hard from the hotel stuff that there was some administrative problem to construct anything. Any how the stuff of the hotels are well behaved and cordial. Restaurant was too good and also food taste. If the owner of the hotel look after the maintanace of the hotel it will be a good stay at pahalgum for tourist.

Best quality of cuisine one can find at Pahalgam! Menus are a bit pricey due to the remoteness of the area from the town but your taste bud won't be disappointed regardless of the excessive price.

Went in May 2011 with my boyfriend on a shoe string budget as were students then. The hotel is situated on the main road near the bus stand and main market but not on the side of the Lidder river. Although the view from our hotel room was breath taking as we could see the snow capped mountains with floating clouds around it. Though the room was too small and the bathroom was tiny, it had lovely Kashmiri woodwork. The staff was very cordial and helpful. Food was ok (we only had breakfast).

Hotel Heena at Pahalgam is 1 of best food destination for veg & Non veg. Food What they serve is very tasty & fresh. We’re from south India we’re used only to refine oil. So they asked our opinion and then cooked. Usually people sell variety food but will not like. Here they understand staff also very polite and good service by Mr. Wahid Veg and Non Veg superb food Highly recommended at Pahalgam

Hotel is not very good but centrally located. The owner of this hotel is very honest and simple. They run restaurant at ground floor and this is the best restaurant for non veg in pahalgam. Hotel is cheaper in compare to other hotels. It can be used just as a transit accommodation.

Best Restaurant in Pahalgaon area and really u will love the kashmiri food like anything . Roganjosh and naan everything they freshly make . Savior in winter their Chimney and looban if u guys are visiting in winter

We stay for one day with family.location is good but poor hygiene .bathroom not cline properly.poor light.room hiter not working.room not comfortable. Food good.over all not satisfied very much.advice first check room and bathroom condition then decide.

This hotel is at good location & has good infrastructure but there is poor maintenance, poor service. No prompt response for any queries & no proper response. When we visited the room booked 2 months back, the room was in very poor condition, not cleaned well, water problem in bathroom.
