Great room and hospitality. The room is really cozy and the view from the room is of the beautiful mountain ranges and of the river flowing underneath. The staff is really kind and the food is great. Ms. Nusrat was kind and offered to upgrade our rooms without any hassle. A great stay and worth visiting!

Our first time at Eden Resorts and Spa and what an absolute delight it has been. The property is located so beautifully next to the river, the view is absolutely spectacular. The staff was so warm and genuinely welcoming and that added more value to our stay. Highlight being the food which was one of the best I've had in my 5 visits to Kashmir. The quality and choices were superb. I will surely come and stay here in Eden Resorts and Spa whenever I come to Pehelgham again. |Lastly I do want to mention the lady at the reception Nusrat was what a top staff should be. Very genuinely warm, gave important information about the hotel and restaurant and was very helpful with what we needed. Thank you to her.

This was our family's first visit to Phalagham and it was just perfect. The check in process (thanks to Nusrat) was smooth and fast. The rooms were clean and super clean. The housekeeping was prompt and our requests were answered within seconds. Special thanks to the manager and Zahir at the restaurant for their amazing service. We will definitely the hotel to our friends and family.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! All the staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, making the experience truly memorable. A special mention to Mudassar, Tanveer, who, like the rest of the team, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.
