My stay was excellent! The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities were top-notch. The location was perfect, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again!

The best thing in our Kashmir trip is to stay in Lidder Resort. The owner is polite. Staff is nice management is good. Eye catching view, food is tasty. Over all nice stay.

Very nice place, people very kind and helpful. Nice rooms with heater and hot water facilities, generator for electricity back up. Nice bugfet food, very tasty.

If I had an option of giving any ratings in minus, I would have given the same. Unfortunate my travel agent booked this hotel informing that it is good. We opted for family room as we were a group of 2 adults and 2 kids. The place is dingy, there is no railing on the staircase to the family room (serious health hazard). The water flow for taking bath was very slow and the water was not hot. The room was cold. There is no option of heating at the hotel (the heaters will only be used later in the year according to hotel!!!). We ended up changing in to two rooms immediately. Toilet seat was broken, lights were falling off the wall. If electricity goes off, you can’t charge your phone. No lift, the food quality was suboptimal. I can go on with lists like this. Though we had booked the hotel for two nights, we ended up moving to another hotel for the second night (ofcourse no refund was given as it was our choice). Please do look out for another hotel if you have an option
