We stayed here for 2 nights. Stay was very pleasant & comfortable. Hotel staff was very polite & helpful. Rooms were also nice with 24hrs hot water & heated bed. Buffet was also good. Great view from rooms...😊✌🏻Must visit guys!!

The establishment in question is the Grand Fraud Hotel, not the Lords Hotel. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment as it is merely a tourist trap. There is no lighting, and the service is nonexistent. Furthermore, there is no room service, and the bedding is of poor quality. A stay at this establishment will undoubtedly detract from your experience in Pahalgam.

As a travel agent based in Mumbai, I would not recommend this hotel for travelers. The service provided by this hotel is not as good as that offered by a 3 star hotel. The food quality of this hotel is very poor. The problem of food infection occurred to our guests after eating dinner at this hotel. In case you're visiting with your family, please search for a different hotel or dine at an outside restaurant. Avoid eating the food served at this hotel. This is an honest review based on my recent experience with this property. Don't get yourself trapped by the pictures or views OR google ratings which we are sure manipulated. Rest you can go and experience yourself if you want to spoil your vacation This is a highly overpriced & hyped property. Starting with room allotment. They reserve good rooms for themselves and alloted small rooms to guests for which we had to fight back. Rooms are small in size and not as per the standards of Horeca. Moreover basic amenities like room service wifi etc are not operational. Food quality for veg as well as non veg are not up to mark at all. Location is also not good as well. We had to struggle to find the property and its in a narrow road with no proper parking space The property is very congested and you cannot play sound or music because sound isolation is very poor. Staff behaviour is not at all professional. They dont have basic manners to welcome guests. Instead of offering a good greeting and welcome drink they ask you to pay full in advance. I mean this is ridiculous and I have stayed in many properties across country but this is first which was asking to pay full up-front at the time of checkin. .

Amazing hotel with a fabulous view of the jhelum tributary. Service is also good and staff is cooperative too. But has a small drawback, location is 10km away from main market. I enjoyed the stay. Surely recommend 👍

One of the worst hotel. Congested rooms. in rooms, sound was coming of all the nearby rooms. There is no space Food quality and taste was pathetic. There are much better hotels in Pahalgam. Hotel staff was not accommodating. Telecom was not working, Wifi was not working. Hot water problem in washrooms. There is no lift. You will probably get far better rooms, location and space with much better view. The posted reviews are fake.
