Hotel Royalton

Dear Travellers, I am writing to express my utter disappointment with my recent stay at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of terrible. 1. Terrible Room Conditions – The so-called "equipped" rooms were a disaster. The central heating did not work, the inbuilt mattress heaters were useless, and the charging points stopped working intermittently. 2. Unbearable Power Fluctuations – Due to frequent power cuts and no proper backup, the electricity kept fluctuating, making it impossible to charge devices or even stay comfortably in the room. 3. Horrible Food Quality – The food served was clearly not fresh, and the overall quality was unacceptable. It seemed like no effort was made to provide decent meals. 4. Unprofessional Staff – The hotel staff was unhelpful, inattentive, and lacked basic hospitality skills. No one seemed interested in addressing guests' concerns. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would never recommend this place to anyone and strongly advise management to improve its services or stop misleading guests with false promises.

Royalton Hotel is a historic property with stunning views, comfortable rooms, And good service While many guests appreciate its hospitality and location, some have reported issues with service and dining. A good option for a scenic stay, but service experiences may vary.

Exceptional experience- the rooms were spacious and clean and equipped with mordern amenities. The staff were friendly and attentive as well. Food service and quality was also very good. The location is ideal and has a great view

Service is really awesome,... there was a bonfire 🔥 in the night.. very good rooms...even rooms have Hot air ducts.... scenic views from the room...

Very good service and amazing team work by the faculty while providing the room service, food and helping us in booking the cab for sight seeing.. thanks to the team for their hospitality.

Location was good but hotel service was very bad as per hotel cost, did not provide proper service in washroom, no water supply proper in the morning, no water in washroom and most importantly there is no room problem here, the entire hotel is empty here, only we had checked in and we reached a little late and ordered something for food, these people took extra charges for that whereas dinner and breakfast were add-on in our package and most importantly There wasn't even a foil for drinking

Resort has a good view if snow clad mountains. Away from city. Room service guys are verybhelpful and well mannered. Special shoutout to Aakash and Yawar.
