The worst property you can ever stay in, ridiculous behaviour of the staff, small and dirty rooms, Infact the washroom was used by the hotel staff itself before it was given to us, The food wasn’t great,the food quantity and quality was terrible,We couldn't eat more than one bite, the food was so bad. we complained to our tour agency. Worst experience ever within 5 minutes we had to change our hotel.Had a very bad experience with this hotel. *I request the tourism department to close this hotel.*

Had a really bad experience! The rooms were really small, triple sharing is simply not possible in this property. They should stop taking triple booking. The water quality was really bad, 3-4 of our members ended up falling sick with stomach issues. The food wasn’t great and cook was rude, the food quantity was terrible, they gave 4 pieces of chicken for 4 people in dinner. I don’t know why this place is 4.3 rated on Google. Really hope people rate the place 1star to show the actual quality

This is a nice hotel with good ambience. Staff was really supportive. we booked through Kashmir story. Food was good since we are vegetarian our veg food was also good. Bedrooms were clean, Toilets were clean and hygienic. Hotel has good wifi facility with smart TV in every bedroom. Every bedroom has heater and power blankets. Even though it was cold outside it was warm inside Rest everything else was a great. Would recommend this hotel

One of the worst experience. Hotels provided were not 3 star. Kitchen chef says Breakfast is limited. Only 1 item will be provided (poha or paratha) that too salty. Wash basin water was leaking. Rooms were tiny.

It was very good stay here. It's close to the river flowing. Food was tasty and staff were cordial. Rooms were near & clean. Wifi facility was good. In everything enjoyed our stay in Pahalgam.
