Nice property, excellent service, amazing food. View from room is breath taking. It was a 5 star experience. Special thanks to Mr Adil the front office manager of the hotel the way he helped us was totally out class, Mr Adil is a true gentleman i wish him great success in his career. I would also mention special thanks to Mr Khalid the F&B manager of this hotel.

Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, hospitable and helpful staff - both at reception and kitchen. The grilled trout, made on request, was quite nice. The bond fire in the evening added a charming touch. It’s also a convenient starting point for the Thajiwar glacier trek

We had lunch here, but the staff were very inexperienced. The restaurant was too cold, and they seemed indifferent to us. The food came out late and was not what we ordered. The staff definitely need more training.

I am seriously disappointed with the overall experience at Raddison's Sonamarg. From food quality to behavior to accountability and much more I am sorry to say but this was the worst experience for my group. Overcharging for every food item with the worst possible qualities and time taken to deliver food is beyond imagination. Worst of all there was no accountability from their side on complaining and the GM hid behind without showing his face. Zero recommendations from our end. Thank you

EVERYTHING IS AMAZING. Adil from housekeeping department is really professional and polite &So Friendly .He is Very good at there job. His service is really good.Great room.Good staff.Hotel is at a good location . Quality breakfast.Rooms are of good quality. Air conditioning is also good. The atmosphere is amazing, every one was helpful.
