OYO Nishat Hill Resort

A lovely spot near the lake, outside of the Hussle of the main city yet close by to everything. The owners are amazing people who will help you out with all that you want. The rooms are in a European standard , clean and comfortable, the food is very good. Wholeheartedly recommend to stay, been here many times over the past years and will continue to do so.

We stayed in Nishat Resort in May 2018. Glad to say that it has a very spacious room, clean and well maintained. The garden and lawn are a very nicely kept and great for relaxing. The staffs are very helpful and ready to entertain you with any query you might have. Overall, I enjoyed my stay in Nishat Resort and I give my full recommendation for anyone who come to Srinagar to consider staying because - its a great value for money. ||Thanks to the management and staffs for your excellent service. Keep it UP!

Stayed at Nishat Resort on our visit to Srinagar. Lovely place. Very well maintained property. Nice big rooms. Helpful staff. Tahir bhai and his staff were very co-operative. Good veg food .They were making whatever we asked for. ||The lawn is beautiful, with pretty flowers. ||Overall an enjoyable stay. ||Definitely worth a visit.

A very calm and quite place to stay. Well furnished room with a cosy bed. Ample parking space with a garden in front. Need to improve the restaurant facilities as there was no food available. We enjoyed the stay here so we continued for three days. Will love to be back if we are in kashmir

Excellent budget place. Tahir is a great host. Food could have been better. Weather in May was hot and they dont have air conditioners. Hot water is available only between 9pm to 9am. Its a great budget place

The location show in the maps is not. Correct. It stops u a 150 metre away from the exact hotel location and the property is in a lane next to. Main road., u need to find it carefully., They don't have a board or something to find., South Indians can stay here., Facilities are fine., Room service is OK., kitchen price is very costly

Quite nice place and clean environment. Room was quite proper and tidy. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Overall ,this place suits for any kind of budget traveller. Really recommended this place for a lot reason.

Awesome property. ATM, market, lake all are very close, just walking distance. Very peaceful area, feel like home. Very clean property & room. Staff are very helpful.
