A beautiful property in the heart of Srinagar. Very welcoming staffs in the hotel. When I entered staffs were already waiting for me and gave me a warmth welcome specially Umar and Rayees. Amenities were quite good, hotel ambience is very soothing and always ready to help staffs made my stay very comfortable. I felt like I am in my home, all the toiletteries were present like a good rating star properties. Bilal used to keep my room ready everyday and property visit with him was a nice experience. The hotel is just in front of Dal Lake and the view was mesmerising. sometimes you won’t feel like to go out and stay inside your room as your window will give you picturesque scenic beauty. Room dining people are very kind and helping. The guy who used to take my food order was very friendly and polite and definitely always ready to help. As I went alone, hotel people used to send female staffs for order delivery and they were very sweet. Altogether a great stay there and surrounded by some lovely staffs.

Bloom hotel is a recent addition to Srinagar. It is situated opposite to the start fof Dal Lake, opposite Ghat 3. The location is good as it is situated right on the Dal lake and is near to major tourist spots and has good eating joints in it's vicinity. The area though is crowded as lot of traffic and tourist rush is there on this stretch. Some amount of noise does enter the rooms. There is no sitting outside , no green space or garden. The hotel opens directly onto the main Boulevard road with an entrance road of about 100 m which has the parking for vehicles. The reception is on first floor in a small area with one sofa to sit. The checkin was quite smooth. The hotel has 3 floors with 16 rooms on each floor. All rooms face the lake and the passageway is on the backside. It has a lift. We were in a suite which was quite spacious . The room needed more seating space as a sofa could be added to the room. The room was air conditioned with warming provision. The bed was large with good mattress though the pillows were very thick and uneasy to use. They did not have a thinner or fluffier pillow, so a cushion served as a pillow. The bathroom was large and fitted with modern fittings. The cleaniness level is good. No dampness. The resturant Clove is on 4rth floor with indoor and outdoor seating from where the lake view is good. The morning breakfast buffet is good with a variety of food.The service is a little lax and it takes quite a bit of time to get service. The lunch and dinner menu is good but lot of things are not availble and time taken for prepration is inordinately long. Overall would recomend for stay though the price is on higher side as compared to other hotels which are situated on the same stretch of road and are comparable to it

The suite rooms were very roomy, very clean, and I loved the restaurant upstairs for breakfast. Lots of options and lots of friendly staff. The check in process was easy and the customer service was spot on! I would stay here again :) Me and my wife really enjoyed our time. I would recommend this hotel over the houseboats across the lake. Also there is a wonderful view from the second floor and up.

Great experience staying in this hotel, excellent location,very near of dal lake ,|the hotel, dinner brakfast was also good|the staffs service are excellent throughout and they are very attentive. we are very happy and much appreciated being served by them. , -(Mr Navdeep Sharm) , as a Maintenance department very nice boy very |sepecily thx for the team of this hotel |will be back.gse,,,,,
