Location is very good in front of dal lake and also a safe cause it is behind the ministry of external affairs 24 hr CRPF soldiers are Guarding the Road. Rooms are good and big enough and from that you will get good view of mountains and shankaracharya temple. Food is not that good. Staff is polite and friendly

I am Sreekumar with my family consisting 5 members from Kerala visited Kashmir recently. We have reached in the evening on 17 th July 2024. Our stay was in Hotel Brown Palace Srinagar. About 6 days we were in Brown Palace. It is a very good hotel in Srinagar. Very good location. A very good garden and children's park in front of this hotel. The plants and flowers are maintaining properly. The Manager and staff are very polite and very helpful. The food is very good. And very good service giving their staff. Rooms are very good and very cleaned. Room service also excellent. We are very happy. If we visit again, definitely we will stay in Hotel Brown Palace. It was our first visit in kashmir... Believe me it was an awesome experience... our hotel made it more special... Hotel Brown Palace is absolutely stunning... the service the rooms the big ground the play area everything was absolutely the best... and the behavior of all the staffs were so good... so nice so smiley.. always attended our call... the food was also awesome.. hot delicacies were spot on.. Worth every penny.. people of kashmir have the bestest of behavior... Thank you Kashmir... Thank you Hotel Brown Palace... Will visit again very soon... I highly recommend the Hotel.. moreover very secured place...

Recently visited this property and stayed for a couple of days. The location is favourable and the staff here is courteous and helpful. Rooms are spacious and overlook a plush green garden. Overall highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Srinagar.

The service of hotel was pathetic. The restaurant serves same breakfast everyday and the quality of food was poor. The hotel is overpriced. The hotel staff was non-cooperative.

Staff was really good and friendly. Big and good garden in hotel premises. Walking distance from Dal Lake. Rooms were clean and big enough but washroom needs to be updated.. Lack basic facilities in winter like heaters and electric kettle. Little bit Noisy.
