The main highlight of this property is the location. It's bang opposite the ghat 15 of Dal Lake. You can just come out of the hotel and get into a shikara :). Apart from the location, the staff at the hotel is very polite and courteous. They are always there to help. The manager at the reception was also very helpful and gave us a good deal as we didn't have any online booking and just landed up at the property. The food was also good. They usually have a buffet for dinner if they have a good number of guests. The breakfast had limited options but was of good taste. The only drawback was the room cleanliness. When we checked in, the floor of the room seemed sticky as if it was not mopped properly. However after highlighting it to the manager, he got it mopped and it seemed fine later on. Overall it was a good stay.

Visit - Apr 2024 Good location in terms of commute and view of Dal lake from rooms. Though it is located close to marketplace and lacks the serenity. However, room quality is not good; much SMALLER than it appears in picture with heavily used furniture and furnishings. Cleanliness and hygiene could have been way better.

Location is perfect for dal lake or even for evening walk and shopping near by and also for food as well. Mohin helped us so much in everything for services. They also helped us in our baggage from removing from carrier to again putting on them. Security guard is also soft spoken person. Overall nice hotel to stay in cheaper prices.

Just on Dal Lake with beautiful lake view. Very courteous staff. Stayed their in June '23. Planning to stay their again on next trip.
