Great place to stay very welcoming and hospitable. I would recommend this place to everyone. Very peaceful and food was excellent. rooms are clean with air-conditioning and private bathroom. The host will take very good care of you. Perfect for foreign visitors and locals.

We were a group of 15 families(30 persons) We stayed in 5house boats belonging to "Pride of Kashmir" group of houseboats on 2nd & 3rd May2019. The hospitality of Md. Yusuf was excellent. The food was very good. The houseboats were really very good. It consisted of a veranda with good sitting arrangement from where we had a good view of the Dal Lake & surrounding area, a living room, dining hall, kitchen and in our houseboat we had three bedrooms. The bedroom was very comfortable with one double & one single bed, dressing table, running hot water (24hrs), western commode, wash basin etc. On a whole, we are very much satisfied.

The best part was the service: amazing and helpful staff. Thanks to Ijaaz and Parvez who gave us royal treatment and made us feel at home. The houseboat is at a good quiet location and has all all the amenities. Only when you book please check if the whole house boat is booked for you or there are other guests . The food was tasty and fresh

Most pathetic stay of mine ever. Person out there didn’t have an ounce of hospitality. Night dinner was average. Around 10.30pm electricity went off and never came back till mrng. No fans, no light and nobody to attend our issues. Care taker was not there till mrng 8.45am. Than pathetic breakfast - tasteless poha, bread butter and super pathetic coffee. Post that while leaving charged us for 6 bottle of water - which we consumed in last entire day in btwn 4 of us. ||||Really really pissed off coz of stay. N this leaves a very bad memory of Kashmir in my mind

I stayed with my family..took two rooms. We were treated with the best possible arrangements possible. The caretaker Mr. Yousuf and Shahid were there to support all the time. The experience of staying in house boat and riding shikara etc were awesome.

Excellent all round service. 5 star's. All good comments. Will highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Srinagar. Great rooms and bathroom. Great breakfast. Great hospitality. Very friendly and helpful staff.
