We stayed here For 2 Days , Amazing Rooms and Awesome Service By Danish , we Booked it for Honey moon Knowing it They Decorated the room and Even Suprised us with candle light dinner , Thank you ❤️

Nice hotel. Arrived at 8pm. The dinner is moderate, and none were delicious. There are no hot drinks. The toilet is dirty and slippery like someone poured in soapy water. There was no hot shower until we called the receptionist. However, water at the basin and another pipe are still icy cold. The wardrobe has only one hanger. There is no fridge. The interior decoration is nice. Spacious room and toilet.

We stayed 4 nights here , it was amazing experience with best staff mr Danish , he was phenomenal with excellent service. Allah bless him with lots of love and prosperity.

The service at this hotel was outstanding! From the warm welcome at check-in to the helpful concierge team, every interaction was friendly and professional. The room was also clean and well-appointed. This hotel exceeded my expectation in every way. 5/5 stars This hotel is a hidden gem💞 Very friendly and helpful staff Big thanks to Danish🥰 as he fulfilled all my wishes esp food 😍Will miss Aasif singing and also Asima, Ayisha

Very good hotel in Srinagar. The room was very comfortable and clean. Thank you Danish Fayaz and all the team for the excellent service. The food was delicious. Also, thank you Muzammil for the kahwa tea. Your kind attention was appreciated by all of us 🙏😌

Hotel is really good and rooms are very spacious and wonderful..staff and service is good specially the person named Danish is quite good and efficient ...overall had a wonderful expenditure.

First time in kashmir one of my best Stay here especially all hotel staff are very gentle kind and polite. Danish was one who given us good service he taken good care of us.. we made request of briyani he done his best so we can enjoy our food.. Really worth staying in grand rayaan will come again thanks again all team member u will be missed love from anjali Mauritius 🇲🇺
