This hotel has two buildings — a new one and an old one. I stayed in both during my visit. The new building was great — everything worked perfectly, including the heater, heated blankets, and hot water. However, the old building was a different experience. We faced issues with hot water, and the room heater wasn’t very effective. There was also an unpleasant smell in the room that didn’t go away even after cleaning. I would definitely recommend staying in the new building for a more comfortable experience. That said, the hotel staff and manager were genuinely helpful and tried their best to assist us throughout the stay.

Our stay at shohool resort was like really awesome. Staff is very polite, helpful, and ready to serve. Food quality is awesome. Resort is neatly clean, maintained, hygiene protocol is closely followed. Washroom are also clean and hygienic. I will prefer to stay here for everyone including family.

I would have given 3 star, but the staff over there were extremely helpful for them only I am giving 4 star. Have reduced 1 star for the bathroom size. Extremely small sized bathroom. The staff over there helped us for my sister -in- law's birthday cake and decoration, he was there with us at 12 night and did most of the decoration himself. Dinner was extremely tasty 😋.Even the simple toor dal tasted so good. Demerits: No lift available you have to use staircase and the size of stairs is more, difficult for knee patients. For us they had provided our parents a room in Ground floor. Try to check-in early so that if other rooms are available they can shift you there.

The resort is decent overall, with good food and satisfactory hospitality. However, the accommodation provided to us was quite small. The rooms were not suitable for triple occupancy and had an unpleasant odor. Everything else was decent enough, making it okay for a one-day stay, but not ideal for a longer visit.

A nice mansion from outside with excellent service, their staffs were all very helpful, professional and above average manners. Foods were good also. But too bad, the room itself wasn't maintained proper. Bathroom was stinky, floor was dirty, hygiene needs to be improved quite a lot. And door slams were nightmare. People slammed the doors days and nights, annoying.

This is not a customer friendly place at all. Rooms are small and congested. Bathrooms are smaller than capsules and stink. Staff is not friendly and push you for early dinner. Heaters are switched off at nighttime when they are actually required. Hot water is not available even during the specified time during morning and evening. Not recommended at all.

Not at a very good location. Nothing to explore in the area. Rooms are spacious however toilets may seem bit congested. Heaters may or may not work. They are understaffed. Food is good. Humble staff. Not the best for the money. Don't expect views from the hotel. Old and worn out place. Somewhat untidy.

The Suhul Resorts I stayed for 2 nights and their regular rooms are small but cozy. Toilets are modern but with small wash basin where not even a single person can stand properly. No proper place for hanging clothes inside those rooms. Food was good though.
