Hotel rooms are really good, amenities are nice like heated blankets, hot water and clean bathrooms. The staff was the best part, really well spoken and professional. Yakoob was the nicest, helped us throughout and we even played cricket with the staff at night. Highly recommend this place for anyone and everyone.

The food they provide is neither good in taste nor enough in quantity. They gave us only one omelet per person during breakfast and denied to give an extra one. The room service is also very bad, they charge you extra for water bottles which was not the case when we were staying in some other hotel in Pahalgam. The food menu was also very limited only one item for veg and one for non veg, they also didn't allowed the non veg person to take the veg items and the veg person to the non veg items. The only good thing is that the rooms are infrastructurally decent and the hotel is nearby from the market. The staff people(Yakub) are very greedy and will ask money and tip for everything like water, drying our clothes etc.

I had a wonderful stay at Galactic Inn. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a stunning view. We had beautiful experience at this hotel during our Srinagar stay. Hotel is good with all the amenities and staffs are very well mannered specially Yakub ji. Available all the time to provide services. Food is also very good. Highly Recommended.
