Hotel Stay Review by Panja Family (6 pax)– "Red Brick", Srinagar, Kashmir (22nd to 26th April 2025) We are extremely pleased with our stay at Hotel Red Brick. It was the ideal choice for a family vacation. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The property is new, beautifully maintained, and offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, hygiene standards were impeccable, and the food was consistently delicious. The staff went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. A heartfelt thanks to Mr. Zahid, the hotel manager, for his outstanding hospitality and for accommodating all our needs, especially those tailored for our children. Whether it was a special request or a minor customization, the team was always responsive and ready to assist. Their flexibility and dedication truly enhanced our experience. Without a doubt, we would rate Hotel Red Brick a solid 5 stars and would love to stay here again on our next visit to Kashmir.

Red bricks is one the best hotel of Sri nagar , the food and service both are amazing . The staff is also kind and helpful specially tanveer and tufal. Both helped and guided us very well.

The hotel is brand new, has good room options for family n groups. The food served was good in taste & quality. Staff was friendly and cooperative. Only issue is the hotel is little far from Dal lake.

Great hotel… We stayed there six nights. Staff were very friendly smiling all the time. Food was so tasty. Manger (Jahid ) was so helpful.we were there in March it was cold. He made sure we were warm enough and comfortable every way. Our flight was cancelled at 11 pm I called him he sent taxi to the airport to pick us up from the airport and gave us room. We were hungry didn’t want to say anything but I asked us if we had dinner. He made sure we had dinner at 12:30 am. We had great service. Love staying there.

We stayed at Red Bricks Hotel this week, and our overall experience with the hospitality was disappointing. During our stay, one of our friends had a medical emergency at early morning ,and we requested the hotel staff to arrange a vehicle to take them to the hospital. However, their response was extremely unhelpful—they showed no concern or urgency. Additionally, another friend was experiencing low blood pressure, and we asked the staff for some salt. Shockingly, they refused, stating that the kitchen was already closed and they couldn't provide anything. Given the critical nature of the situation, we decided to check the kitchen ourselves and found it completely open, contradicting their claim. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Overall rating: Rooms: 4/5 Hospitality: 1/5 Food: 2/5

Being a travel agent I do not recommend this property. We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. No Electricity No Power Backup No Heater Working for whole night No Hotel Water in Bathroom No Elevator/ Lift It's new hotel with lift under construction. Rooms are good enough. No spread of Buffet Breakfast. Overall not at all worth staying at this hotel.

As part of our Kashmir visit, my family and I stayed at the Red Bricks Hotel in Srinagar. It was a wonderful experience, and all the staff were extremely polite and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel to all tourists. The hotel has centralized heating facilities, which keep the premises warm throughout
