Grand Zamin Resort

Thanks a lot for the great experience here. We stayed 4 days in Srinagar at this resort. The rooms were neat and clean. Food was delicious. They provided buffet breakfast and dinner. Thanks for providing delious food. There is a mini shopping stall at first floor where we can purchase winter wear. Hotel staff were supportive and proactive. Accessibility to road is easy. Parking space they have. Thanks to Grand Zamin Resort. Regards

It's really a wonderful experience to stay at Grand Zamin Resort. The reception was wonderful. Behaviour of all staff is really made us feel homely. Room service is very nice. Food quality and time management of service feel us happy. Cleaning service wonderful. We are fortunate enough to travel across various tourist point with 2(two) wonderful person as our driver Bilalji and Umerji provided by Sahi group of hotels. Thanks a lot to management of travel groups. Wonderful, wonderful experience.

Our group of 14 pax stayed here for 4 nights and the services and facilities that were provided to them was extremely great and memorable. Hot and cold water facility is there for 24 hours and especially food is very tasty and best point to highlight is they were provided the food as per their choice of Gujarati cuisines.

I stayed at there 3 night.Hotel food is good.service staff and manager is good but every day they wake up after 7.30 am and every day there was a light problem at morning 7 to 9 am so in geyser no electricity and no more hot water for showers. Every day hot water problem.

The food was of very bad quality. Stains were coming out of every item. There was absolutely no hygiene. The staff talks in such a rude manner that there is no limit. It felt like we were staying in a Dharamshala instead of a hotel. No service was proper, there was no light. There is so much problem, they said this when asked at the time of morning checkout., Generator is kept but! It runs only when needed and it is not necessary that it should be run for the entire night, if there is no power, then excuse me, it is very very worst! It was a good experience, if anyone plans to book this hotel then please book this hotel after careful consideration.

Location very bad Hospitality very bad Room size comfortable Food quality is very bad and they are not ready to listen your words to change the foods. Basic day to day stuff not present at hotel and for that they are having the excuses..
