Hotel White Palace

Staff are very efficient, food is so good and tasty. Only problem with this hotel is they don't keep the Gyser on and is not connected with generator. They on only at 8 pm till morning.

The staff was humble and very warm. This is a budget stay place. The facilities are good enough. We had a kid so we needed milk at certain times and they readily met our requests. The food was simple (not spicy and a bit plain) which was good for us. It's a decent stay. We were a little overwhelmed seeing previous bad reviews but then our experience was good. Also, we went during the peak tourist season and still every service was smooth.

Room No. 301 Room - 4/5 Service - 3.5/5 Location - 4/5 Food - 2.5/5 Cost Factor - 3.5/5 (It is budget hotel) The rooms on the front side of the property are decent with good ventilation and lighting and are spacious. The common areas are not so good as they look shady. The staff is cordial however the service is just okay. The food is not so great, maybe it is because the locals tend to have slightly more of salt compared to usual. Dinner is recommended to be avoided.

Service is really amazing, staff is helpful. Location is good. But this place needs better room and definitely a power backup at least for fans. If staying in winter make sure the geysers work fine.

The hotel staff was helpful and supportive. However the rooms were way too cold (more than Gulmarg Sonmarg). The power cut in Srinagar is like a village. The electricity generator was not properly turned on. Also the geyser was not connected to the generator.

I have been there for 3 days in December and I can say that It was a very good experience. Also, They will provide you a bed warmer for your beauty sleep and warm water to drink (whenever you ask). Food quality is awesome there, specially for Non-vegetarians. They talk very nicely and are ready to help you anytime. Overall, it was a very good experience.

Hotel staff was misbehaviour and knocking door at 7:00 am let's these only Manger was rude behaviour I don't like room don't stay in hotel white palace it's humble request to all of you
