I had a fantastic stay at this budget-friendly hotel! The rooms were clean, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the city center. Plus, the complimentary breakfast was a delightful surprise—fresh pastries and coffee to start the day! Definitely will ret urn for the value and comfort.

*THE WORST HOTEL YOU COULD EVER GET.* The only good thing this hotel has is its ability to give you boiling hot drinking water, otherwise this hotel sucks in all ways ~Electricity: Hotel staff cuts guests electricity every morning at 5 AM; heating bed as well geyser gets off, charging points are less and those too don’t work, you need to bring extension cord; ~Hot water: gyeser takes about half a day to give you hot water, you have to take a bath in morning and evening taking turns ~and when you complain they lie to your face saying that there is electricity cutting out, ~Service:they have the audacity to not pick your calls for services in reception when you dial 111 you need to go to kitchen to find the person ~Food: we got same menu for dinner all four days of our stay which was paneer and rajma chawal and mix veg , they serve maggie as a breakfast which is obviously bad in taste

Budget room. There is no electricity for mobile charging as the service provided switches off the power and let only one line live. No hot water at times. The main door closes by 10 pm. Late entry is not allowed. Felt like hostel.

Every staff of the hotel was so humble and polite. Food of the restaurant was so good , room service was great in this hotel. I would recommend everyone to book this hotel in Srinagar.

Holiday Villa Srinagar - Budoo Bagh- Nowpora Lane Khanyaar It’s hard to justify a three-star rating for this hotel. The manager’s aggressive behavior and threatening demeanor towards guests are major concerns. Instances such as intentionally switching off generator sets, not answering phone calls, and responding to guests in a high tone contribute to a consistently inconvenient and unpleasant experience. Additionally, the room sizes and amenities fall short of what one would expect from a three-star establishment. Overall, the hotel fails to meet the standards associated with its rating.

Very poor maintenance. Very poor services. The bed is very cool from 2pm to 7pm. Then How to stay on the bed??? They provided only one towel for couple 🤦‍♂️. No kettle. No coffee/tea packs. No electricity for 5hrs. Got very poor experience 😕

Very worst hotel, booked by Gyan Rachna tour and travels Ghaziabad , No provided AC supply in month of May, more electricity cut, No run the DG set after cut the hydel electricity, very rude Hotel staff, my personal opinion please no book this hotel..

The holiday villa hotel was at a good location The staff was excellent... Food was good... But there was an issue with hot water in the bathroom... Also there were frequent power cuts. For almost 6-7 hours, we used to face power cuts especially at night...
