Jannant Heritage or palace is a nice hotel situated near goussia market in Srinagar. Their premises was extremely pleasent to eye. Staff was good and supportive. Price was also very affordable. Building from outside is very beautiful. We stayed for 5 days and owner allowed us to leave hotel fo 1 day in between. That was really helpful.

Just to start with location is vey bad. its located near a polluted lake and narrow street with lot of dusts and continuous sound sound coming from wood works done around. No street lights and evening 7 feels like mid might. You could not find any place to eat around and now auto or cabs available to another place to eat. So you are forced to eat with them. Rooms are very very dirty with hairs and stains from past visitors. They dont bother give you a towel, water or simple toilet soaps. Room was filled with cigarate smells and when asked they confirmed last visitor used to smoke a lot. We would strongly suggest to avoid this. I stayed here for 3 days as booking and payment was already done from 23rd -15th March 2023. Booked via goibibo.

One of the best hotel in srinagar . Staff was very polite specially Mr Shabir Ahmad(Manager) the food was very delicious .

Very scary place There is no lights and no staff. We stay here for 2 night and surprisingly we only guest and also there is no one to help you in any situation. Dark hotel and it's situated in very scary area. I advice you to not stay in this hotel.

This hotel is just a meaning of great hospitality and customer service. If you are traveling around kashmir it's definitely your choice of stay. Recommended!

3rd class rood .and sarvice also cheap .more important location was verry bad .near by only scrap shop .no shoping aria no one other sarvices
