Hotel Metropolis

I stayed here for the second time (First in November 2023) in February 2024 for 7 nights. The room was of good size with all amenities like Kettle, room heater (and room A/C) etc and clean. The staff were friendly and always willing to help. The restaurant is in the first floor and has no elevator. But, they are always willing to serve your food in the room, if required. Food was of good standard. Few minutes walk and you are at Dal lake to enjoy the sunrise and sunset. When I go back to Srinagar, Hotel Metropolis will be my first choice.

On a family trip to Kashmir, we stayed at Hotel Metropolis and it was a wonderful experience. Very warm and hospitable staff and the service was excellent too. Right from their welcome Kashmiri kahwa tea to their complimentary breakfast and dinner - everything was thoroughly enjoyed. Perhaps, maybe their room's bed linen can be improved a bit but other than that, it was the best experience so far. Location was perfect too as you walk for two minutes and you reach Dal Lake. Shoutout to Mir Sadiq for his kindness and looking after us so well!

Location is excellent. It's around 2 minutes from Tulip garden Breakfast spread is quite wide. Members of kitchen team are marvelous. Chef will list menu as per requirement of guests. Cleanliness is excellent. Rooms, washrooms are spacious. Words are short to express hospitality of all the staff members and their seniors. Highly recommended place. Tarrif is truly reasonable.

We stayed in this hotel for 4 nights in the month of April 2024. The location of hotel is at walking distance of Tulip Garden & Dal Lake. The hotel is having pleasent and relaxing ambience. Mr. Irfan who I interacted initially for booking is very humble and helpful if you want to get booking related or any other information. The staff is very cooperative. The food at their restaurant is tasty and having different varieties on each day. I would easily recommend this hotel to anyone who is looking for few nights stay in Srinagar.

The experience of staying this property was very delightful. The staff is very polite. The GM of the hotel Mr Irfan is of very helping nature. most of all we stayed here with our pet, it is pet friendly hotel which is very difficult to find in srinagar. if you have pet and you want to stay in a good property then you must consider this.

Excellent. Very co operative and caring staff I stayed for five nights. Clean rooms and good food. Mr Irfan, Manager took care of our all needs. Very nice person. Mr Illyas and other people at reception are very friendly. I hope to visit them again in future. Thanks
