H.B New Texas

I had a very disappointing stay at H.B New Texas Houseboat in Dal Lake. Despite booking the entire boat, the experience was far from what we expected. The owner’s behavior was extremely unprofessional and dismissive, unwilling to address any of our concerns. The heated bed did not work, and the heater stopped functioning in the middle of the night, leaving us freezing in the cold. The washrooms had dirty water, which was unacceptable for basic hygiene. To add to the frustration, the dinner delivered was completely different from what we ordered. On top of that, we were shockingly charged an extra ₹500 for just 4-5 water bottles, which felt exploitative. Overall, the lack of hospitality and basic amenities made this a regrettable experience. Would not recommend staying here.

Fayaz dealing is very good on Hb taxes house boat. Site seeing from house boat is awesome. House boat is very clean.
