Hotel Burj

For traveling to kashmir this hotel is very cheap and better. The staff here is also very good and provides excellent service. Every single thing here is very good. You will get every facility here at all times. From a safety perspective, this hotel is also very good.

I recently stayed at Burj hotel , and my experience was extremely disappointing due to safety concerns and unprofessional management. During my stay, the electric blanket provided in my room short-circuited, causing a significant electrical issue. This was not only inconvenient but also a serious safety hazard. When I reported the issue to the hotel management, I was met with an unhelpful and dismissive attitude. The manager failed to take the matter seriously or offer an immediate solution, leaving me feeling unsafe and neglected.

Good budget hotel but main Market is at least 2 to 3km away. I reduced one star due to room cleaning service. They have only one staff member for cleaning all their rooms available in total 4 floors at least 60 to 80 rooms are available. Staff behaviour is very good.. Their service is also very good.. Hot water is available for drinking and the kitchen is available for hot food all three times. Overall Good Experience

Hotel has spacious and good interior rooms, hotel is clean, location of hotel is in average area as same is far away from market or touriest places. Not much parking space for guests.

Hotel is excellent, first day we have reached at 12 in the night but the hotel staff provided a very good dinner like chiken chilli roti rice and hot water as the temperature was 7 Degree Celsius. Food was good in taste just one young boy with beard who talked with attitude of you ask something which is not available on the table. Breakfast is not good they provided only Aloo Paratha and tea they should add bread butter jam boiled egg. Rest all good location is also fine as it is a bit far from market place hence, bit difficult to find as we reached in the late night.

Rooms - very small, but warm wooden rooms. Location - in the city, but not very far from Dal Lake. Auto rikshaw avilable at Rs. 150 Food - Decent but limited options. Taste - good. Front desk behaviour - not rude but not supportive as well. For most of the requests their answer is negative without putting in any effort.
