OYO 85885 Bul Bul Group of Houseboats

This was the first time we spent couple of nights in a house boat. It was very clean and all the staff made us feel at home.The view of the lake in the morning was amazing. We could get food made as per our liking. We also had Kashmiri food. They have multiple houseboats but believe this is one of the better ones. Did some water sports on the Dal lake. Overall experience was very good.

Nice and clean houseboat. Satisfying service. Nice homely food. The care taker was prompt and friendly. They have nice patio in front of the houseboat to spend leisure time. Nice living area before the bedrooms. Proper supply of hot water.

Though the house boat looks rustic and small from outside, its very clean and beautiful from inside. The caretaker lives aside with his family and is very helpful (looks like GABBAR from sholey). He guides very well and is ready for help anytime. The hospitality is what makes this boat worth taking. Ride to the road to and fro is free. Great experience (suitable for families too)

We were lucky to witness rain in dal lake from this amazing houseboat. It was ethereal. You can experience the city dimming into the night and the calmness of dal lake transcending you to an alternate world till you wake up to beautiful mornings. ||5 star to the hospitality of the staff. They will make you feel at home. Not to forget the home-cooked food. it was amazing. |

It was way back in the dal lake that there was no outside view at all. The surrounding were not clean which makes it even more difficult to stay there.The houseboat looks rusty. The options for food were few and also not that good. It was booked through yatra.com that's why had to stay there else there were many better options available. Disappointed with yatra's choice.

We were lucky to end up staying up on Bulbul when we booked through Club Mahindra as this was the one (if not only) with a rooftop balcony. We really enjoyed having dinner or going up in the morning and enjoy the serene surroundings. The staff was excellent and very helpful.

The heating method at this place was the only hindrance actually. This houseboat is way cleaner than any other you might find, the food is good, the people are very seet especially Manzoor Yatoo, his comrade who is the chef cooks really well

No words to describe the services of this houseboat group I can personally rate this 5* the cozy living room and bed rooms with touch of kashmiri traditional touch all I can say the best house boat on Dal lake .
