Nice experience I liked the staff their concern about guests even manager. Service is excellent . Rooms are good need Room heater & maintenance in washroom otherwise all is good .

, Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient.

One of the worst hotel experience I have ever seen. Rooms are pathetic. Staff behaviour is rediculous. 100 rs blanket is used in place of curtain near reception. I can’t explain in words how I suffer in that room. Power supply not available whole day and no heater and geaser is there. -2 star for all.

It’s nice hotel; budget friendly.near to airport. Rooms are spacious, neat & clean.It’s located in local market place but it’s quiet. Hotel has its own parking. Service is good and fast. Maneger Mr.Farooq with smiley face, friendly and ready for service at midnight too.Mr. Farooq can guide you if you need.The staff is cool and very cooperative, helpful. You can get 24 hrs Sevice quickly.You can get all basic things near by hotel.

The beds were unfortunately quite unstable, causing disturbances throughout the night. The movement and noise were disruptive to our sleep. However the cleanliness is good.

Hotel management felt rude We booked this room for 2 days and after 1 day they told to move to other hotel due to some maintenance issue. Hotel they arranged for movement is in very bad locality . There also hotel employees behaved badly . We won’t recommend this. 2 days of our kashmir totally destroyed due to this bad experience

It was nice experience staying in the hotel. One problem was the electricity cut due to which the ceiling fan was not working and the water was not complimentary with the booking. Location is perfect.

Rooms were clean, staff was very nice and polite, near by all the basic stores which one needs. Economical and budgeted hotel with all the facilities. Overall very good experience...
