Hotel Star Residency

Me and our trek group had a wonderful stay at Star residency. Moderate and clean rooms, very cooperative and helpful staff and very good food. Their hospitality was very warm and they treated us as their special guests supporting us even at odd hours when some in our team fell ill in the night. Special mention to Wasim Malik, who was incharge of our booking and took good care of us, made sure that we got food and made our stay there a delightful one.

Excellent service..........good hospitality........room was spacious and clean.....food quality was best......welcomed by Mr. Wasim Malik.....very good guy.......chef guy Mr. Ishfaq was good guy....provided very tasty vegetarian food........Also Mr. Yunus was generous guy ......decorated our room very beautifully. Mr.Mudasir was very cooperative.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, particularly due to the excellent service provided by MUDASSIR. He was incredibly helpful with my luggage, ensured my room was perfectly prepared, and provided great local recommendations. His attentiveness and warm hospitality made my experience truly enjoyable. Highly recommended!

We all a group of 8 people had a beautiful experience staying at Star Residency Hotel (Raj bagh, Srinagar), this place is full of hospitable, supporting and caring people who really gave us best experience staying at this hotel (Big thanks to Suhail Ji, Mubashir Ji, Wasim Ji, Khurshid Ji (best Chef saab 😋) and all lovable staff here 👌, sorry I forgot couple of more names).. i would definitely and highly recommend this place to have best stay experience for couples, friends and families, there is parking available, best n caring staff available, best food available and other amenities too available.. i would love to be at this place again when I will visit Kashmir next time, infact Suhail Ji having other beautiful places too at many places in Kashmir which seems to be worth staying at those places (in fact I would love to experience those places in my next Kashmir visit). We had a homely feel staying at this place which makes it memorable for all our 3 families 😊.

The service of the staff members is very good. We were served by Mudasir and his nature is soo heartwarming. The rooms are also very clean with all thr necessary facilities. The veg food also very good in taste.

Prime location in the heart of the city with stunning views of the River Jehlum, Shankaracharya Temple, and the historic Zero Bridge. The food is good, and the service is excellent. Highly recommended for those on a tight budget.

I have stayed 4 nights with my family 10 members. Stay was awesome n also food was taste. Hotel staff was very humble n helpful. Hotel manager Mr. Wasim Malik was very helpful person... Thanku
