Hotel Al-Zahoor In

Rooms were delightful whereas all other services like food, room service are pathetic. Staff including manager were non cooperative, they don't care if customer will ever return back to our hotel or not. Food was horrible, I don't know who was cooking the food either it's a chef or some sort of dhaba ka baba...at the end we had told them that we are not liking the food so please do not cook for us, and they give us a huge amount of 150 rupees discount, i forgot to say thank you at that time. They charge us milk in breakfast extra every time and that too 70 rupees per glass. I wonder what kind of creatures milk it was.

The stay was amazing. The staff was very friendly and cooperative Specially sameer. He was very attentive and took really good care of us .and the rooms were clean too. And this was one the few hotels who use to take dinner orders in the morning to prepare fresh meals for us. That’s why the food never disappointed us. The chicken biriyani was one of the best chicken biriyani I’ve ever had. Great job from the chef too. . And they gave us the food at the exact time as we were promised. And the manager was very helpful too . Everything was good. Will definitely go back there next time we are in Srinagar.

A homely stay at Al Zahoor with great services from staffs. Food was good and always attentive to take care of the guest requirements. Sameer one of the staff is very polite and friendly in nature. Overall a great place to stay in Srinagar

Our stay at zahoor was THE BEST part of our trip in Kashmir. The rooms were so comfortable and luxurious. The food was delicious. The entire staff of the hotel was really nice and helpful. We enjoyed it a lot.

Very rude and abusive attitude of the hotel staff. Cancelled booking without any information and don’t have etiquette to speak like gentlemen. Please be aware of them and don’t atleast make booking online

Mr. Liyaqat , the manager of the hotel was super co-operative, he looked after every thing. The staff specially (Sameer khan) is super friendly and looks after each and every need. The food is brilliant. I would recommend that if you are visiting Srinagar, then do stay at Al Zahoor in for a homely stay.

We went to Shrinagar in May beginning & stayed for around 4 days at Al - Zahoor Inn....On overall level the hotel service was very good! Starting from room allocation, further needfuls, staff service, co-operation of them with customers; everything was appreciable...they create a very friendly & helping environment as people from various places come & stay there to experience the beauty of Kashmir! Connecting with people sitting far was also became easy as high speed network facility was also made available. You will enjoy having breakfast, lunch & dinner at hotel as background music always keeps on play mode...Staff members also make a home like environment by treating respectfully, doing the needful as soon as possible and even entertaining in the chilled environment by dancing long with the music! Special thanks to few staff members namely Sameer Khan and Syed Jafar for making our stay more enjoyable and memorable there!
