We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome and taken care of. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, with great attention to detail. But the highlight of our stay was definitely the food. The chef is absolutely outstanding — every meal was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. You can really taste the quality and passion in each dish. Whether it was breakfast, lunch or dinner, we were constantly impressed.The chef Aadil and the staff shafiq ,Manzoor and Santosh were very helpful and courteous. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and an exceptional dining experience. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Superb Hotel , Quite A Friendly Staff , Their Buffet Dinner & BreakFast Was Top Class.. Good Varieties.. |They Arranged A Good Bonfire After Dinner For All Their Guests. The rooms were cozy and was centrally heated which helped to stay warm in the freezing temperatures. Lastly to finish, the wear and click kashmiri Kurtas was quite appealing with an awesome clicking backdrop. @The Grand Kaisar

Hotel Grand Kaisar – Srinagar Extremely Unprofessional & Unethical! We booked 2 rooms at ₹7,000 per room at 4 PM and received a confirmation stating that payment should be made by the end of the day. We paid on time, shared the payment proof, yet the hotel canceled our booking, claiming their office closes at 6 PM—a completely illogical and unethical excuse! This is not how a reputed hotel should operate. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made as per the agreed terms, canceling it without notice is blatant mismanagement and dishonesty. If you are a traveler or travel agent, beware! This hotel cannot be trusted to honor its commitments. Expect last-minute cancellations, zero accountability, and a ruined experience. Would never recommend this place! Stay away!

The hotel is very old. The washrooms were not clean at all. The room floor was so dirty. Even the sheets and the quilt were old and we felt uncomfortable to use. They don’t even have a proper plug to connect the iPhone charger. And they gave us an ancient extension when requested for one. The cupboard had some old quilt in it and we didn’t even want to hang our clothes in there. The food at the buffet was average, but it was annoying when staff approached us and requested to tip them.

Had a wonderful stay at The Grand Kaisar in Srinagar. The warm welcome by the hotel staff was truly delightful. The team is well-managed, well-behaved, and very supportive. The food was excellent, with great taste and quality. The hotel maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay!

The overall stay was decent since its near to the market and zero bridge. You can step out and roam around with good eateries option however the hotel food can be improved with better options and taste. The staff was courteous and heating was adequate.|Bathroom was okish (flush was leaking though). There was a lack of in room cutleries.||Overall - 7/10

Hotel is very good staff is very friendly helpful. i enjoyed my stay here .i recommend everyone to do visit this hotel . It is very safe .Food is very tasty .rooms are quite good . I really enjoyed my stay here
