Had a great stay! The hospitality team was really warm n friendly. They really put extra efforts to make our stay even better. The bonfire night with dance and music , and kahva sessions really made the stay! The rooms were really neat and nice. The room service was on point.

This Hotel has seriously concerned staff providing exemplary service to every Guest. You make a call to reception & help will arrive in 2 minutes. Food quality is just awesome. Rooms are clean & spacious with good heating system. We stayed here for 2 days & never observed any power outage issues as well. Highly recommend

This is a genuine review based on our recent stay. The rooms were good, but the washrooms had a constant unpleasant smell. Even after informing the hotel staff, no appropriate action was taken. Additionally, every time we ordered food or anything else, there was some confusion with the staff, and we received the wrong items. Instead of acknowledging their mistake, they tried to blame us. Even after proving our point, there was no proper response or resolution. We chose this hotel based on positive reviews, but our experience did not match the expectations. Given the service quality, we did not feel it was worth the amount we spent.

Hospitality means Grand retreat, had a great experience there. The rooms are very spacious with all the facilities required. The food and it's quality was the best. The staff and the chef co-operated very well. The one requiring Jain food should definitely come here.. Highly recommend for Jain people🙂

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel and it was beyond my expectations. The hotel is worth every penny and is at a great location. The staff is super polite and hands on for anything we want. The breakfast and dinner buffet is included and totally a rich experience while staying. We met the owner who was so kind and hospitable and personally looked after our stay. I will recommend every person who want a regal experience in budget to try this hotel and thanks me later

It was a mesmerising stay at Hotel Grand Retreat. Amazing Staff members and their behaviour is very polite and professional. Young champs are really making difference. Food is very very yummy and amazing! Hotel Chef is really professional and cook delicious meal!!! Really love the place and recommend all. Will love to visit again!
