I visited Kashmir with my family in March 2023 and it was amazing! The place was even more beautiful than we had imagined. The hotel we stayed in was really good. Everything from the service to the food, the rooms, the view, the location, and the receptionist, Zara, was excellent. She was very polite, kind, and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel and I would recommend it to anyone who wants good service.

Restaurant staffs are very very good. Buffet spread was excellent.Rooms are large enough with good facilities except they dont have geyser so 24 hrs hot water not available. We stayed there for 4 nights in April 2022 with a 3 yrs old kid without much problem. Front office staffs were helpfu

Amazing property, superb location, spacious rooms, delicious food, amazing hospitality and generous staff. We stayed here for 5 nights, and the staff was very friendly. Highly recommend. Special thanks to the amazing kitchen team, for such healthy, clean, and tasty food buffet each day. 😇

Don't want to give any ratting but without ratting review can't be posted... For that only single star ratting 🤬😠 Saying 3 star hotel, worst service.. Booked hotel in March 23 for May 23 for the same the view double room view for the srinagar swarg u can check on pic. Saw only piegon potty from the window. Location inside very disturbing from hotel at the side.. charged for 3 star hotel.. For every water 20/- water bottle they charged 45/-.. they provide only one bottle for 3 person from this u can judge there service and cost. For each and every service they charge extra. During checkin mistake done from there side they booked room with some one else name for clarification we have to wait at reception. After that room view we got was worst. Till 22:00 extra bed was not provided in room and we have to leave for sightseeing in Morning. Never ever book this hotel or u will spoil your trip with family.

Good hotel, tasty food. Nice place for families. Service is also good. However no lift , have to climb stairs for upper floors. Also hot water in bathroom not provided all the time. Morning only selected time its there.

Amazing place in budget , clean and hygienic rooms with all facilities. Understanding and polite staff who maintains professionalism with humanity. I enjoyed my stay and would recommend this place to everyone to have a great vacation. Reception to kitchen to housekeeping every facility is just wow. A special thanks to Mr Umair for giving complimentary stuffs 🙈my stay is fixed whenever I visit Srinagar. Keep it up guys ☺️

Myself , Shrikant, a Tour operator , have booked 8 rooms for my group. Hotel infrastructure is very good, tip top rooms. But no ventilation. Moreover i haven't experienced such third class service of a 3 star hotel. No soap, towel was provided in the bathroom, we have to ask repeatedly. For making tea / coffee, no sufficient pouches were provided, it's ridiculous. Whatever we are asking , it's overpriced.. like Water bottle , there were charging 45/- per bottle... Outside hotel we got it in 20 /- Extra cup of Milk was at 120/- ... It's highly priced.... Moreover no one in the hotel is caring for the guest. service wise very worst. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone ... My 15 members will also provide the proper feedback , w

Smelly dinner and room also dirty. Wifi also was not working, they just said wifi signal not reach to your room so can't do anything. Never choose.
