Very nice and pleasant stay we had here, rooms are clean with good hygiene... 24 hrs hot water available... Room service is prompt... Staff is polite... Food is very good as they prepare fresh

Don't know about the 2nd floor and 1st floor but ground floor room is third class , not value for money . In ground floor you will not get 24 hrs hot water. For the hot water on the room number 133 & 132 you have to wait 2-3 hrs, at the time of power cut you will not get hot water and bed heater connection , but all the stuffs and cook's behavior was good and food quality also good.

Best place to stay in shrinagar, a calm, cozy and convinent. The place is owned by a nice gentleman always ready to help. The room service is great. Ramkumar the assistant in hotel is a great help.

We stayed here during our Kashmir trip in 2021. The hospitality and care provided by the owner Dr. Oberoi and his Nepali caretaker was the best part of our trip. He had arranged for the entire trip bookings and we felt at home. My kids loved the place and the food. It's very near to the beautiful Abdullah bridge which is a scinic and cool place to visit in evening so one can walk to the place and spend quality time. We would love to be here again ..... Recommended for a family trip..
