Hotel Pride Inn

We had stayed there total 3nights. Their location is great. First 2nights in our Kashmir trip we went there. The room was quite big but the bedsheets were not that much clean. But the last night again we stayed there for the shopping purpose. We had complained about the bedsheet to our agency, so they upgraded us to their best rooms. Their hotel staffs are amazing and helpful. Our luggage locker got jammed and one of their staff really helped us. Their food is also good. Overall the hotel was good and their behaviour was excellent. These room video was our last night in that hotel.

Apart from the location first of all charges are on the higher side, secondly after booking during check out final charges are totally different almost double. No proper cleaning and services. Suggest to not go there.

The hotel is definitely budget-friendly, which is great for those looking to save on accommodation costs. However, the limited variety in breakfast and dinner was disappointing, and the rooms had a persistent unpleasant odor. While it’s a good option for those on a tight budget, improvements in these areas would make for a more comfortable stay. Walking distance to zero bridge is a great plus point.

Okayish stay. Hygiene is great. Heater doesn’t work during powercut. Rest is ok. Food not upto the mark.

Horrible experience. Booked for 3 rooms (7 guests) and made full payment in advance. At check-in , they allotted only 2 rooms and given 3rd room to someone else. Attrocious behaviour. If you look for any professionalism in hospitality, don't go to this hotel....m

An amazing stay in the heart of Srinagar. Service was very good and rooms were beautiful. Staffs were very courteous in handling our request. Breakfast was great! Highly recommended
