I recently stayed at Hotel Welcome Residency , and I can confidently say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The service was outstanding—staff went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed Specially Zahoor Was very friendly and helpful . From the warm welcome at check-in to the personalized attention throughout my stay, it was clear that they truly care about their guests. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always available to assist with any requests, making me feel right at home. The atmosphere was peaceful and serene, perfect for unwinding and relaxing. Nice rooms with all required furnishings. Bathroom as hot water but not on demand, mostly available during morning hours, in other times you have to call them to turn the geyser on. Food is available but price is on the higher side. The location is far away grom Dal lake but not inconvenient. Room service is good but they ask for tip.

The hotel is situated close to Inox theatre and Bazzar.It's easy access to go any where in the city. hotel rooms are well maintained and staffs are very soft approach. I was stayied 2days with my family. Rooms are very neat.I would recommend if you’re looking a budget hotel and also complementary breakfast is very good.they prepared the food once we ordered,so we get the hot and fresh food according to the weather condition. Thanks to Mr.Zahoor Manager he took good care of Us.

Had a nice stay for a day. Friendly and supportive staff, clean rooms, budget friendly rates ( both for the stay and the restaurant). The only drawback i found in this place was the lack of a lift. It was difficult to climb 3 floors for most of them. Apart from that it's all good.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel welcome residency ! From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable — I especially appreciated the attention to detail and how well everything was maintained.

If traveling to srinagar with a budget option this one should definitely given a try .. They provide heated blanket it felt very cosy and warm in 11 degrees temperature. The food quality is also very good..it's a bit in outskirts but in a very good neighborhood .. you have a view of lush green mountains if you take the top floor rooms. Overall a very good experience. Just one point we had nice warm water for shower first day but next day the water wasn't very warm.

Good Morning Sir|I am a travel agent and book your hotel for 3 nights from MMT partner for 3 rooms 6 adults. My client raised a lot of complaint regarding your manager behavior, geyser, heater and poor quality dinner. If you were reading this feedback kindly improve the quality of your dinner, also provide hot water when customer need. They want blanket you don't provide the blanket. So please take care of these things in future
