NillThe hotel is a decent budget option, though quite basic in its offerings. The rooms are relatively small and come with minimal facilities, but the attached washrooms were clean, which is a definite plus. However, overall maintenance felt a bit unprofessional. The location is slightly tucked away in the interiors, making it somewhat difficult to find, especially for first-time visitors. That said, once you're there, it's manageable. The staff was generally polite and helpful, but the manager was notably arrogant. We faced some resistance when asking for the bill, which they were initially unwilling to provide, though we eventually managed to get it. We didn’t try the food, so I can’t comment on that aspect. In summary, if you’re traveling on a tight budget and just need a clean place to sleep without expecting too many comforts, this place can serve the purpose. Just be prepared for a few compromises.

NillI Had an amazing stay at this hotel! The food was good and everything was really clean and well-kept. The best part was the staff ... so friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. They really made the stay extra comfortable. Definitely recommend it if you're looking for a chill and smooth experience.

NillI hope the viewers will not believe on to my feedback, please, please believe, recently we stayed in this hotel for three nights, three families, staff rude, arrogant, egoist, very poor food, poor service. We booked through online, fully paid, including breakfast. At check in, Mr Omar, refused to gave us room for three nights in this premises despite of paid confirmed booking. He was adamant to shift us to another venue. Kept waiting us for three hours in lobby, we are Senior Citizens, he insulted us, refused to serve breakfast despite of advance confirm payment. Treated us like 2nd class citizens. This hotel and staff has no value of customer. Please, please don't go. If you don't agree waiting for your review as similar to us.

NillWorst experienced. Stayed at this hotel for 1 night with my family and rented 4 rooms. The water stopped while I was showering and there was no water for rest of the night. The rooms were decent but the washrooms smelled really bad. The hallways smelled like cigarette smoke. Do not stay at this hotel.

NillWe had booked this hotel 2 months prior to our visiting and had paid the overall amount in advance. When we reached the hotel it conviniently denied check-in stating they are overbooked although we could clearly see they had some rooms empty. The manager of the property was nowhere to be found. Maybe it was because we had booked at a lower rate. Since we had to get new postpaid numbers for Kashmir reaching out to the customer care of Oyo was another pain in tbe a** We had to reach out to kashmir police by dialing 112. Surprisingly they were reachable and called us many times and tried to sort out by talking to the staff. Though it didn’t help much and we had to book another property at almost double the price. Although the booking had free cancellation but we only received full refund after posting on X.com (formerly twitter). After discussing with other hoteliers of Kashmir we found out that this is a common problem specially with Oyo. Though they say that it was a one time technical glitch but then I came across multiple such complaints against Oyo

NillWorst hotel I have ever stayed in and there were power cuts for long time and water was also not coming in the washrooms. Waited almost 8 hours for water. Owner was rude and full of attitude.overall experience was very bad never book this hotel.

NillThe rooms are OKAY, but the bathrooms are terrible. The food is bland and most of the guests had stomach problems. The service is bad and even getting a tea is jotter down for later payment. They even took our phones to put fake reviews. There are electricity cuts frequently.

NillWorst experienced stayed at this hotel for 5 days ..there were power cuts for long time and water was not coming in the washrooms … washrooms smelled really bad….the owner was very rude person… and food service really bad we got same food in 5 days … never book this hotel
