Basera Residency

We have stayed here for 2N our stay is really good. The room service is quick, Kamran is really good in nature and helpful in our stay. The only issue we faced in finding this hotel, as the location is confusing and not easy to reach here by the help of Google map. Other than this food, room and washroom is good.

Very bad experience at hotel Basera. Waste of money. Personally, I'm telling people to avoid this hotel.. The first most reason is hospitality which is very poor. The staff members of the hotel took no response and very unfair treatment done with the guest. Food is bad the another reason that is less than average and major issue is that They can't respond to you for any issue.Secondly, the location is not good. Very interior from the main city Srinagar.Water Supply and the arrangements for the same is not appropriate. My Overall experience is very bad so I recommend people to avoid this hotel.

Very nice place to stay. Staffs are super active and behave well like family. Heartly thanks to the staffs of the Basera Residency for such caring and we'll mannered. Food is so tasty like home cooked foods. Nice enjoying here.
