Hotel was good but there are few problems in the room room was quite good enough but there are some problem in the washroom in the washroom there is no geyser to do hot water and in the flush there is no water in the flush for toiletry they only gave us 2 packet of shampoo and half packet of soap overall iam not that much satisfied with the hotel and room

The hotel is just amazing, the food is good, the staff is friendly and the best of all is the budget luxurious experience. The rooms are absolutely amazing..Location is favourable and easily accessible to the nearest tourist spots like, Baba Baidyanath Dham, Trikuti Parvat, Tapovan Hills..The Baba Basukinath temple is also at a walking distance

Great hotel located at a good location, one of the best hotel you can find in Basukinath. Rooms were good enough with good house keeping service, beds were comfortable as well. Food served was good. The hotel was easy to locate. Has parking facility. They provided staff room for my driver to stay at free of cost, so if you're one of them who's visiting along with driver, no need to worry about their stay. Overall, I had a great experience with the hotel and management was incredibly helpful, and the amenities were great as well. Will surely recommend this hotel.

This hotel will give you the most pathetic experience you can ever get from your hotel stays. We arrived on 25th Oct and asked for 4 rooms. They gave us the same. After entering the rooms we found there were spider webs, lizards poops, dirty washrooms, faulty water system (we were shocked with electrical current), bad smells and what not. We asked the manager to get the faulty water system fixed, and then comes the horrible experience. The owner came to the reception while we were talking to the manager and started insulting us by saying “you go from my property, we will refund you the amount. I have so many customers and you people can leave asap”. Now imagine, it was already late at night and the hotel is asking to leave the property, and we were 7 adults with 4 children !!!! The owner was continuously started threatening us to get us arrested by the police and not ready to realize that it was her fault that she gave us the rooms without even checking them. It was a new town for us and we were terrified by her actions and words, we had no where else to go and so we decided to stay for a night and leave the hotel the next day. Her staff was also trying to stop her as they also knew she was very rude and impolite. I would request you all to NEVER book this hotel, if you don’t want to face all what we did already.

Visited this place for stay, one of the best hotels in basukinath, specially the food was very awesome and room service was too good, this is best budget hotel , if you are planning to stay in basukinath. The rooms are pretty good and comfortable.

Rooms are very neatly maintained. I loved my stay here! The temple is just 5 mins away from the hotel, I highly recommend to try their food The owner is very friendly and sweet too!

I stayed in this hotel for couple of nights . I found the rooms are clean and immaculate. Washrooms were clean. I ordered some food from their restaurant. Food was delicious. Staff were attentive to your needs and requirements. I had a very enjoyable stay there.
