Hotel I-TOWNe' (unit of Hotel Shivam International)

It was very bad experience with the hotel staff, as they started blaming us that we broke the tv. But we entered into the room there was no one to check out the tv. And then we started giving reply on that issue they started shouting on us. Staffs are not cooperative and don’t know how to behave with guest. My suggestion it’s better we will look into another option in terms of hotel room

cheap property...staff is not well maintained & even they don't know the menu name written on menu card& also they blame us on that we broke the tv & they fined us 5000 without our fault..so plz check this property before check-in bcoz they even don't know how to behave with client who so ever book this property..it's better to take another hotel in related to this property..useless property..plz be cautions before booking this property bcoz they blame u for anything whatever the situation will they wiil fined u even its not ur mistake & they prefer one hour for cleaning the room with gate lock...very bad experience i ever had..useless property

Very comfortable to stay...neat and hygiene. Staffs are very friendly feels like family members. We visits each year in the hotel. Luv to stay in this hotel. Location is very good. Near to Baba Baidhyanath Temple. Approx 1 km baba baidhyanath temple.

It was a highly disappointing experience. The restaurant clearly struggles to handle a large crowd. The service was extremely poor, with no sense of urgency or proper coordination among the staff. What was most frustrating was the wait time — it took over 2 to 3 hours to get our food, which is unacceptable. By the time the food arrived, we had lost our appetite. The staff offered no apologies or updates during the wait.

Didnt stay here. Just had dinner together. Average ambience with good view of the surroundings. Untrained and unprofessional staff. Menu is just for show cause whatever I chose from there it wasnt available. Ultimately he told us that dehati chicken is available. It was so tasteless. Boiled broiler chicken was soaked in tasteless gravy. Even our basic homely cooked gravy taste better. Only we liked their tandoori chicken. Crispy babycorn is ok not so great. Not at all recommended.

The service is pathetic, staff wasn't cooperative. Menu is just for show, half of the things aren't available. No hot water was given to wash hands. No toothpick and mouth freshener was given. View and ambience is good. Food quantity is also less than average

We stayed in a Hotel I-Towne for two days. During Check in our room upgraded to Premium from Deluxe. Great Hospitality, Well maintained staff ,with proper manners. Excellent rooms. Delicious food in a roof top restaurant with a beautiful view.Washroom was Clean with separate bathing area.We stayed in room 206. Location was very accessible, Near to the Deoghar Airport and to the Baidyanath temple as well. I can rate 5 stars with no doubt.I would like to suggest this hotel to everyone who is planning their trip to deoghar... Front Office *Deepak* was very supportive and guided us whatever required. East Check in Check Out process. Thank You for our best stay in Deoghar.

Had lunch in the restaurant. Food was average but service was pathetic. The waiter was not aware of anything and even not able to communicate properly . Not recommended!!!
