The Dolphino's Resort-Best Resort in Hazaribagh

The hotel needs major improvements, professionally. The phone numbers (intercom) don't work and one has to reach out staff at the desk. For a family function, where the hostel staff need to take care of food and cleanliness, they need to be notified every now and then, which becomes difficult for the organizer. Frequent powercuts and time taken to turn on the generator is further annoying!! This is my overall review, based on a recent family fucntion that we organized there. Coffee: Very poor Tea : Fairly good Starters were served cold! Main course : Good enough Staff : Well behaved

Old Hotel in a shabby entrance lane with dug up lane not yet repaired Rooms are not maintained after repeated reminders although paid in full thru Make my Trip Rs.7415.00 for 2 nights Executive room with breakfast on 04.05.2025 vide PNR NH14182401960400 toilet without any showers and Hand wash shower 🚿 for privy is broken and not repaired. Nobody bothers loud music till 11p.m. on 27.5.25 in some local program on lawn .so don't come here to be cheated by the hotel owner. have all evidence uploaded in Review... Thanks and God bless ..there are much better hotels in Hazaribagh town ...at much cheaper rate....

Food and Taste is awesome, services need some improvement. Ambience is good.

Receiptionist is very careless about client and misguided. Hot water is not coming. Staffs making argument. Very bad experience.

Always noise in this resort can't get peaceful sleep. From early morning some machine s are noising t v service is our not connected either bathroom tap also noise no peacefull situation from late early morning to till late night always parties going on with full sound music

food is too average to be called restaurant food . service is bad . they dont have atleast good cutlery . they served water in fiber glasses. cutlery isnt even available at reasonable quantity. food is 2 star and charges are 5 star. never gonna stop by again
