Pod n Beyond | Smart Hotel

I recently stayed at Hotel Pod N Byond near Jamshedpur and had a pleasant experience overall. The location is one of the hotel’s biggest advantages—it's centrally placed and easily accessible, making it ideal for travelers. Upon arrival, there was a temporary electricity issue which delayed room allotment. However, the staff handled the situation responsibly by offering me rest in a pod until the issue was resolved. I appreciate their effort to make me comfortable despite the inconvenience. The room was eventually allotted, although the AC wasn't functioning until around 5 PM due to the power issue. That said, the staff remained attentive and courteous throughout, and the matter was resolved promptly once the electricity was stable. The room itself was clean, well-maintained, and adequately furnished for a comfortable stay. The hotel premises were tidy, and basic amenities were in place. What stood out the most was the behavior of the staff—professional, polite, and always willing to assist. Despite the initial hiccups, the overall stay was smooth and satisfactory. I would rate it a solid 4 out of 5. I don’t blame the hotel for the temporary electricity issues, as those were beyond their control, and they managed the situation well. In summary, Hotel Pod N Byond offers good value for money, excellent service, and a prime location. I would recommend it for solo travelers or short business trips.

I am writing it straight from the Capsule Pod. Had a comfortable sleep. Bathrooms are shared but maintained very well. Neet & clean. Kahin koi gandagi nahi. AC full and working. All amenities - towel, toiletries & dentals provided. Breakfast included in Pod Charges. Staff are super cool. They are defining hospitality in the industry. Special shoutout to chef here. Ekdum homely food. No oil masala food. No nonsense food. Bahut pyar se khilate hain. Highly Recommended.

Wonderful place to stay at affordable rates, helpful staff and very friendly owner. Also they have meals and provide amazing dishes to try. Very nice experience.

Everything is good food is good, Behaviour of the counter staff also good but housekeeping is pathetic. Please maintain your housekeeping staff properly. They didn't do proper cleaning as well as they didn't change previous guest used blanket, pillow cover and bedsheet. (Without complete cleaning/change clothes how they can give one room clearance as cleaned) Several time I face this issue. As a regular guest I am very much frustrating with this things now
