Decent hotel for a small stay. Room was neat & bed/pillows were very clean. The Manager was a Bengali person, so no problem in conversing regarding local sightseeing. They offer own basement parking for which I gave them 1 star extra only. Overall service is good. Could have been better.

This is the worst hotel of all. We were a group of 40 students so we booked this hotel in advance for 2 days. At that time they said the room was rented for ₹2000 for each room with provision of staying 4 students in each room. But the next day they told us to check out and demanded the room rent to be ₹4000 for each room. In total we were being scammed for ₹20000. The hotel owner behaved very badly with women. They were forcing us to pay more money than promised. So we talked to the police and after their intervention the problem was sorted out. Worst hotel in the area. Kudos to Jharkhand police for helping us instantly. Don't ever stay in this hotel

Very very bad hotels very bad room with non maintain bathroom and smells dirty also the staff and manager is thief and very Arrogant person , I stayed one hours only and paid for full day payment because of service and rooms I recommend not to book this dirty hotel

Most pathetic experiences today at the time of check-out with the Property Owner Mr. Raghunath(name given as per front desk people… )Front desk people are really Co-operative but be aware with the owner if you plan to stay here.. Too much illogical misbehave happened with me…. Taking service charges at extra after imposed GST even with the soft drinks like water they charged GST + Service charge additionally 10%…. Quality of food and room service is almost okay.. So my suggestion is if you have extremely no option for stay other than Hotel Ashoka Inn then it is okay otherwise please avoid this hotel or Owner Mr. Raghunath.

The owner is a terrible guy( I think his is insane). You have to call atleast 20 times for any type of room service. Rooms are not clean. They didnt even change the bedsheet after the previous guest left. Water leaking in toilet. Overall very very bad experience. Will not recommend this hotel to anybody. There are much better hotel at cheaper price available.

Stayed for a day after coming from Patna. We were three to a room and the staff was accommodating enough for the extra guest. In the peak of summer. our concern was the air conditioning, which fortunately was effective. ||||Rooms are fairly good, the restaurant food poor. But there are ample eating places nearby. The front office, staff were courteous and efficient. ||||Good no frills hotel for the budget traveler. Value for money.

This is one of the worst hotel in terms of behaviours and policy. I have seen 1st hotel who asks payment first than allow check-in. Situated in very congested and dirty area. If you will go there by taxi you will get obstructed in their gali.
