I have stayed here for 2 days. And my stay here was extremely horrible. The room was stinking, I had to change the room. Apart from stinking, AC was broken. Would suggest, never ever choose the corner rooms, they smell extremely bad. And when I had asked reception for Wi-Fi password, the receptionist told me that I am suppose to call the manager and get the password. The manager did not even pick up the call, I called him 5 times. Please do not choose this hotel, the services here are horrible. For the amount paid, it is not justified.

On the basis of reviews, I opted, but surely it is not suited for senior citizen. They have not provided basic facility like buckets also in the bathroom. Before allotting the room, it is better to verify whether the room is ready in all respects, which has not been done. There is no geyser in any room, I was told. They offer Heating rods to make hot water. However, there was no socket in the bath room. We are senior citizen and we have to bring water from the bath room to the bed room, use heating coil to heat it and take back to the bathroom. Though we booked for 4 days, within 2 days we left it. However, a supplier in the hotel was quite good who always tried to serve promptly. I saw a kind soul only in him.

I booked this hotel from 12th September to 16th, but sadly I check-out within 2 days. They have not verified before allotting the room whether it is perfectly suited. No buckets were in the toilet. There are no geyser facility. They offered heating coil. But the worst thing is there is no electrical socket in the bathe room. We had to fill the bucket in the bathroom, bring it to the bed room, heat it and take it back to the bathroom. Being senior citizen of 67 years it was a torcher to me. The only plus point is there was server who tried to give food at the earliest and also tried to give hot. Really his service was good. Rest it was unimaginable. So we left earlier than the stipulated dates, even forgoing the advance rent paid. For senior citizen, surely it is not advisable.

My stay at this hotel was disappointing, especially considering the cost of ₹1900 per day. Hot water was not available, and the property clearly needs renovation. The toilet facilities were poor, and there was no tea/coffee kit provided in the room. On top of that, I found many bugs, and the complimentary breakfast was not up to the mark. The receptionist also asked for the full payment at the time of check-in, which was inconvenient. Overall, not a pleasant experience.

We were charged 1900 per night... Which was little costly for us the service given by the hotel. Room was ok... some places were covered with soot... But bathroom was not ok. Water stagnation on the bathroom floor was a problm, exhaust fan was not working, a flush was weak. No toiletteries or tea kits were provided... For a two people room only one towel was given... Plug points of the room were loose... A black flat box was mounted on the wall with a switch... After switching it on we realised it is an electronic display board, written "this channel is not subscribed" on it. There is an inhouse restaurant in the hotel, but everything was over priced , even for packaged beverages they charged extra on the MRP shamelessly as this was their birthright. But the location is perfect... 2 to 3min walking distance from the ranchi junction. Choose this as your last preference.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel. There was no geyser, so hot water was not available even in the morning. Basic services were completely missing—no room cleaning, no staff support, and no proper amenities. Despite this, the charges were very high and absolutely not worth it. I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in.

AC was not working properly, room was stinking, even after complaining twice they didn't spray any freshner, there were small cockroaches, they changed the bed sheet and towel on the second day, food was okay and the good part is the location, very near to the station, walking distance.

1. Extremely poor and unhygienic room. 2. Dirty bedsheets, non washed towel. 3. Toooo much cockroach 🪳 4. Full of spider webs 5. Unhygienic washroom 6. No Cable Connection for entertainment/ news. 7. No dental kit was provideded, no soap, empty bottel of handwash. 8. Breakfast was very late even by 8:20am breakfast was not ready. Had to leave without having breakfast.
