Om Regency - Luxury Hotel in Ranchi

I absolutely would love to check in this hotel again. And I will recommend this to travellers looking for a nice and comfortable place to stay, besides shopping in the most busy streets of Ranchi city. My 2 days stay experience was very good. The staff are polite and well behaved. Price is also not on the higher side of budget travellers, but is Affordable and it justifies the services. Food was superb, tasty and at par with any other good restaurant chains, with a touch of home cooking style, as I was informed while ordering from menu. Overall, I have given this property 5 stars as they deserve it. Looking forward to visit again.

I stayed there for nine days, The hotel is clean and the hotel staff are very good and well behaved. They follow your orders and fulfill your demands every time in Priority. The receptionist behaves nicely. Overall this Hotel is good for stay and for Family must be considerable.

Om Regency is a decent budget hotel with basic amenities like TV, bath towels, soap and RO water. Room sizes are decent for two persons and are tidy and clean. Rooms are provided with cupboard for clothes and a table and chairs. Located near the Hanuman Mandir and Firayalal Chowk, it is convenient for people visiting places around. Hotel provides free car parking for guests. Food can be ordered from the in-hotel restaurant. Overall not a bad experience for budget seeking working travelers.

Rooms are good but maintenance required, lot of things need to be fixed. Lack of food, Restaurant and Room Service is definitely hampering overall stay, you have to go outside for Tea and to reception to fill the water bottles.

As part of the marriage party group, we stayed a for a couple of days. It seemed to be a budget hotel. The hotel needs to improve on may fronts - some of them are listed as under:||||- out of the two, one lift was non-functional.||- of the one functional lift, the service staff was using it rather than leaving it for the guests||- room & wash room maintenance was poor||- room did not have any locker facility to store valuables (this is very basic facility)||- newspapers not serviced in the room||- linen was not upto the mark||||The hotel seems reasonable in terms of infrastructure, but the overall management is poor. With a little attention, this could be quite decent.

Excellent Room with all required basic like amenities and with large rooms and very good looking decors. It is also located in middle of city which helped me lot during busy days for catching some public vehicle. Rooms service was also appreciable.

Outstanding service and cooperation by the all the staffs and even the Manager... The food was too good... It is really a must place to stay in such a hotel.. Felt very happy to be here...

This hotel is located in the heart of city near Firayalal chowk. Room as well as entire hotel campus are very clen. ooms are very spacious. Hotel staffs are very co-operative.||Complimetary breakfast had a very limired choice.
