Hotel Accord-Ranchi

The hotel is definitely located very close to the station but there is a construction of a flyover that has been going on since the last 1 year just in front of the hotel which makes its access very difficult. If someone wants to walk down to and fro to the station with a heavy luggage, it will be very difficult. If one is lucky, one can get an ola or uber there as some refuse to come as the road in front is all dug up following the construction. The hotel should inform the guests beforehand about this issue. As regards service, I did not had a good experience as one has to wait for quite some time to get even water. The room is good and cosy, well ventilated. On demand I was also provided an electric kettle.

Worst hotel. Booked rooms for best services but it was awful experience. Neither services were good not availability of basic necessities like water. For 6 hours water was not available.

On MMT, it was shown as a 3 star Hotel. However, after reaching there, it was informed that it's not a 3 star hotel, just a simple Oyo Hotel. No toiletries were kept in the room. No towel was there. Even the intercom system was not there. There was no hot water in the room, in which I was accommodated. After asking repeatedly, nothing was done. Even the bed was moving from one place to another and was not fixed. Many times, while sleeping, I almost fell from bed as it slipped from one place to another. The only thing which was provided on request was an electric kettle. Tea and coffee powder with sugar was also NOT kept in the room. And they charged more than 2k for one night stay and provided nothing. It was hell of a lot of disappointment for me. I would recommend that either MMT remove this property from their listing or coordinate with the hotel so that future customers don't face such problems. The people at the reception were polite, but I guess there was nothing they could do even after repeatedly requesting them. Now I am of the opinion that the reviews on Google may be paid reviews and I regret my decision to stay at this property.

Worst service. Bathroom, bedsheet was stinking. I was said to pay High and in exchange did not received any proper service even they were not able to provide basic necessities like water in washrooms. Water was cut for 6 hours.

Although staffs were supportive but the room was in horrible condition. AC was too much noisy, fan regulator was not working even toilet sheet was broken. The blanket provided was too dirty and not properly covered Room tariff is way too expensive for the facilities available. Not recommended.

The connecting road from the hotel to the city and station is completely closed due to ongoing flyover construction, which made getting around very difficult. Basic services like towels and bath soap were not provided, and communication with the hotel staff was problematic, which added to the frustration.

Worst service ever . Asked the full payment at the time of check in but did not kept any record in their system. Again asked to pay at checkout time . Bedsheets were dirty & torned . No door mat in the room . Food was always late for 1 or 2 hours. Even the tap water was dirty & smelly. Worst hotel experience ever .

Worst hotel ever I have seen . The room was very dirty . No toiletries were kept in the room . The bed , blankets and pillows were dirty and torn . Even sugar , coffee powder and milk powder was not kept .
